From Dr. Sorr
Draft in your voice · edit freely before publishingWelcome to the team. I want you to know that I chose you, and I don't take that lightly. This practice is the work of my life, and I am trusting you with something I care about deeply: the people who walk through our doors looking for help they often couldn't find anywhere else.
We are small on purpose. That means your work is visible, your voice matters, and there is nowhere to hide good or bad. I would rather have a small team that holds a high standard than a large one that doesn't. You are here because I believe you can hold that standard with me.
You will not have all the answers in your first week, and you are not expected to. What I ask for is care, curiosity, and honesty. If something feels off, say so. If you don't know, ask. We grow by noticing and naming things, not by pretending. That is the culture here, and it starts on day one.
I am genuinely glad you are here. Let's do work we are proud of.
Not a Med Spa
Source of Health is a terrain-first medical practice that integrates aesthetic medicine with whole-body health. We treat the underlying biology before we treat the surface. The face is the harvest; the terrain is the work.
What this means day to day: we are not here to sell treatments. We are here to understand a person, build a foundation, and deliver outcomes that come from real health, not shortcuts. Our experience is meant to sit alongside the finest hospitality brands in the world, not alongside other med spas. That is the bar in everything we do, from how we answer the phone to how we turn over a room.
Our Philosophy
Treat the soil before we plant the seed. Real aesthetic results come from internal health: hormones, inflammation, gut, metabolism, and recovery.
Our Two Pillars
Aesthetics and Wellness, always together. We don't separate looking well from being well, because the body doesn't either.
Our Promise
Be Radiant. Be Well. Be You. Every patient should leave feeling more themselves, cared for by a team that saw the whole person.
What to Expect
You don't need to absorb everything at once. Here is the runway, paced so you can actually take it in. Move through it in order, and ask questions as they come up.

What We Hold
One last thing, and it's the most important. Everything above comes back to a single bar we hold together.
This isn't about perfection or pressure. It's about care. The standard lives in every small thing:
- Every phone call answered with warmth
- Every room turned over like someone you love is next
- Every patient seen as a whole person, not a treatment
- Every teammate treated with honesty and respect
Welcome again. We're glad you're here, and we're building something worth being part of. Be Radiant. Be Well. Be You.
